Ven Burwell, with Eastern Utility Services, will be testing meters for Albemarle EMC from today through much of July in Pasquotank, Perquimans and Camden counties. Ven will be wearing an Albemarle EMC ID card, and he will be driving a white van with the Albemarle EMC logo attached to its side.
