Albemarle EMC will conduct a planned outage at 9 a.m. tomorrow, March 28, that will affect about 300 members in the Winfall area and those located on or near Old Neck Road and Ainsley Road, in Perquimans County. The outage will last from a half hour to an hour. The planned outage is needed to cut over power to a new, relocated power line on Winfall Blvd. The new line will make room for a turning lane for the Perquimans County school under construction.
