Albemarle EMC will conduct a planned outage Oct. 6, beginning at 11:59 p.m. to install equipment at the co-op's substation in Elizabeth City. The outage should last two hours. The following areas will be affected: Pasquotank County, Camden County and a small portion of Perquimans County.
